The War and Treaty paid tribute to Chris Stapleton at the 2023 ACM Honors, singing his song "Cold" as a married couple. Stapleson accepted the Triple Crown Award, which recognizes artists who have won an ACM Award in different categories. Other honorees included Kane Brown, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Clint Black, K.T. Oslin, Charlie Daniels, and Tim McGraw. Performances were also given by Lee Brice, Trisha Yearwood, Billy Ray Cyrus, Lady A, and Brett Young. The ceremony will be available for streaming on Hulu from Tuesday.
