Kelly Clarkson's stalker, Huguette Nicole Young, has been arrested again for violating the terms of the restraining order. Young has violated the order 12 times, just a week after Clarkson was granted a permanent restraining order. Security found Young on Clarkson's property and called the police. It has been reported that Young has a history of stalking Clarkson and has even left unwanted gifts at her home. Clarkson is taking the situation seriously and does not allow her children to step outside at night. Last month, Clarkson obtained permanent restraining orders against Young and another individual, Victor Fernandez, who have been causing disturbances at her home. Fernandez allegedly appeared in a semi-truck and claimed to have been instructed by Clarkson to meet her. Clarkson fears for her safety and the safety of her family, and is seeking to keep both Young and Fernandez at least 100 yards away from her.
