Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood will continue the important work of Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter with Habitat for Humanity. The couple will lead the Carter Work Project in 2023, aiming to build 27 affordable homes in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Carters, longtime supporters of Habitat for Humanity, have helped build and renovate thousands of homes over 35 years. Despite their retirement from public life, their legacy will be carried forward by Brooks and Yearwood. Yearwood expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to give back through Habitat for Humanity.
