The song expresses her frustrations with the current state of the world and calls for change. Parton hopes the song will inspire people to make a positive change. The album, set to release on November 17, will feature collaborations with numerous iconic rock artists such as Sting, Elton John, and Miley Cyrus. Parton will debut the first single at the 2023 ACM Awards, which she will co-host with Garth Brooks.
