New Dolly Parton Mural in Nashville Honors the Singer's Support of Black Lives Matter

Nashville-based artist Kim Radford has created a massive mural of Dolly Parton in tribute to the country music icon's support for the Black Lives Matter movement. Inspired by Parton's recent comments in support of racial justice, Radford decided to include a quote from the singer on the mural. The artwork is located outside The 5 Spot in East Nashville, an area known for aspiring musicians. Parton has previously been celebrated by fans who called for her to be honored with a monument in place of Confederate statues in Tennessee.
