What I would give to look like Betty White at age 98! The actor will be celebrating her 99th birthday on Sunday, Jan. 17, and she still looks as incredible as ever.
White told People that her secret to a long life is to have a great "sense of humor, " and I think I've got that one down already.
“Don’t take yourself too seriously,” she said. "You can lie to others — not that I would — but you cannot lie to yourself.”
Great advice! White also said it helps to have an optimistic attitude because there are so many things in the world that can get you down.
"Just [look] at the positive side and [don't dwell] on the downside,” she explained, because it "takes up too much energy being negative."
