Kevin Costner's estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, has been ordered to pay part of his attorney's fees in their ongoing divorce. Judge Thomas Anderle ruled that Baumgartner must pay "reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred" after Costner argued that she had refused to answer questions about her financial situation. Anderle also denied Baumgartner's request to sanction Costner and force him to turn over documents related to his finances. This comes after Anderle ordered Costner to pay Baumgartner $63,209 per month in child support for their three children. The former couple will return to court in November for a hearing on Baumgartner's challenge to their prenuptial agreement.
