Emotional Justice Sec vows to do all he can to keep wife killer in prison

Justice Secretary Alex Chalk has promised to do everything within the law to keep wife killer Robert Brown behind bars. Brown, a British Airways pilot, was acquitted of murder but admitted manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility after attacking Joanna Simpson in 2010. Brown is set to be released on licence in November after serving 13 years of a 26-year sentence. The family and friends of the victim are calling for urgent action to prevent his release.
